With 5 self catering apartments ranging in size and guests capacity, a beautiful shared pool and outside bar area and attentive hosts, this accommodation option is sure to appeal to those who want a relaxing break in the sunshine.

All rooms are comprised of living and kitchen area, bedroom/s and bathroom. Kitchen facilities are basic but essential including cooker and fridge, and all apartments have free wi-fi and air conditioning. Family rooms are available.

‘Great location and facilities – Stayed here for 9 days recently and highly recommended. It’s located in the gulpinar area which is a favourite area of mine in dalyan. There are 5 apartments sharing a good sized pool and bar area. Spacious apartment of a bderoom, bathroom and living/ kitchen area. Apartment was traditional in style and homely. Tugca and Serda , owners were very welcoming and accommodating. Shops and restaurants very close by so not far to walk and not far to the lake. Lovely stay and will be back’.
